For all the customers' safety, once the food is delivered and left our sight, there might be safety issue. "Food categories doesn't apply to article 19 of Consumer Protection Act." No free return within 7 days is available. If the product is not defective, we do not offer return or exchange service. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
1. If the products you received is defective, please contact the customer service within 3 days from the day you received the package. (refer to the postmark) We will contact you ASAP to proceed the return or exchange process after we confirm your return.
2. Please ensure that all labels are retained and returned in the original package. Products must be arranged in the original box. If the original box is damaged or missing, refunds will be rejected.
3. When returning goods, please enclose the returned cargo with the invoice (if any), the relevant electronic orders and personal valid documents. We will photocopy the document information, otherwise it may result in a late refund or non-compliance with the refund conditions.
4. If you wish to cancel the order, please cancel it within 3 hours. Once the product is delivered, we can not reuse it even if the customers return the package to us, and it's not possible for us to send out the same product to the next consumers. Please do not refuse to take the shipment from us; we could not refund you with the above reasons and thanks for your understanding.
5. All returns are subject to shopdarcis online boutique return policy. If you have any special return request, please contact our customer service staff for consultation, we will retain the right to return.
6. shopdarcis monitors account status and reserves the right to reject transactions, evaluate fees and/or close accounts based on orders or returns.
Return and processing time
1. If shopdarcis receives your return package within the time as mentioned above, after confirming that the contents are correct, the refund will be completed and returned to your original payment bank card or the bank account provided within 20 working days.
2. You will receive an email immediately after the return has been processed.
3. Upon completion of the return transaction, we will send you a notification via the email address listed in your account. Note: After receiving the notification from shopdarcis, your bank account may take time to process the refund information.

4. After receiving the reply from customer service staff, please deliver the returned goods to the designated address.
5. If the returned goods or the original boxes are damaged, the refunds will not be valid.
